UK Returns

You have 14 days to return your order if you’re a UK customer. Postage costs will be deducted from your refund together with £1.99 for processing fees.
Made to order evening gowns are excluded from our 14 days returns policy.
Products with earrings that are included with jewellery sets are excluded from our 14 days returns policy for hygiene reasons – this will be stated on the product page.

NON-UK Returns

You have 14 days to return your order if you’re an international customer, returning outside of the UK. Returns costs are paid by the customer. £1.99 will be deducted from your refund for processing fees plus postage costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from the date your parcel is delivered back to us.

Can I return two or more orders together?

We kindly ask that item(s) from different orders are returned separately, to ensure you receive your correct refund.

Can I return sale items?

You’re more than welcome to return a sale item for a refund within 14 days (UK) or 14 days (international).

This is providing it’s unworn, undamaged and in line with our Terms & Conditions

We don’t offer exchanges, so any sale items returned will be refunded at sale price.

Additionally, we’re unable to match the sale price on your next order if the price has changed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer exchanges however we’ll happily accept your item(s) back for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable – this will be stated on the product page.

Is my delivery estimate guaranteed?

Unfortunately, unless you choose UK Next Day delivery, our delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed, but we have found them to be accurate in the majority of cases.

We use next-day delivery couriers for express orders and local carriers for standard delivery. During periods your order may be delayed by the stress on the postal service. 

If your order has still not arrived on or before the expected delivery date provided at checkout, and in your order confirmation email, then please track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
